Why would Xowii and Evolv Health merge into one company?  According to the official Xowii blog they claim that this merger is because Evolv has better science and technology behind it.  After snooping around on the internet I can’t really find a solid reason why the 2 companies would merge.

Some have speculated that XOWii was having financial difficulties, but I have found no proof to support that claim.

According to the thatMLMbeat.com he claims that it was just a natural fit.  The compensation plans mixed well and the two companies were similar and formed around the same time.  The merger comes soon after Monavie and XOWii settled their lawsuit.  The website also claims that there should be no controversy surrounding this merger and it is all for the benefit of the distributors.
